To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (starts AK) and email address in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Please ensure that either your email address or order number is included with the parcel. Refunds will be delayed where no information is provided. 

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in their original condition as defined in our Returns Policy.
  • Tags must be intact or the return will be void. 
  • In the original packaging
  • Examples of an unsuitable condition could be an item that is covered in pet hair, has deodorant or aftershave sprayed over the garment, body odour on the garment, freshly cut hair inside the garment.

Do I have to pay for returns?

  • We offer an easy Collect+ Returns Option. For a flat rate of £4.60 we can issue you with a Collect+ label. This amount will then be deducted from your refund.
  • If you do not wish to use Collect+, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items and the items are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! 

 

Do you exchange items?

  • Sorry, but we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different size or colour of an item then simply place a new order or request a credit for your return.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
